  1. Why should I register as a user of the Tweapsave site?

    A: Membership is absolutely free. You do not need to become a registered Tweapsave member to use our coupons but it is the best way to fully enjoy the Tweapsave community. Benefits of Membership:

    • You can save offers you like to your profile and have to ability to print up print up to five coupons per page.
    • You can walk away from your computer at any time and the offers you selected will remain in your profile until they expire.
    • Take advantage of our environmentally friendly iPhone option.
    • Earn the chance to win random monthly prizes by sharing with friends.

  2. How do I redeem an offer from the Tweapsave site?

    A: You can print offers and bring them with you or you can use special “green” codes available on some offers, so that you can avoid printing and simply make note of the savings code. You can also make sure your savings offers are always with you by using our environmentally friendly iPhone application.

  3. Why should I share Tweapsave offers through Twitter or Facebook?

    A: Sharing offers lets you inform your friends about great deals or show your support to companies you like to do business with. If you are a registered member, sharing gives you a chance to win random monthly prizes.

  4. Will my personal information such as my email address, be shared or sold to other businesses?

    A:Tweapsave will not share your personal information with any other business. See our privacy policy for more information.

Business:

  1. What is the benefit to setting up a Tweapsave campaign?

    A: Tweapsave allows you to localize your marketing efforts and get that all important consumer word of mouth (WOM) endorsements which will result in consumer traffic to their site and stores.

  2. Do I have to sign a contract?

    A: The pricing options you chose, determine the contract duration. If you chose a commitment of one month your rate will be $19.99 per offer space. If you would like to take advantage of our low $9.99 per month rate, you must commit and pay for 12 months of service at sign up.

  3. What if I’ve posted an offer and decide that I want to make a change to it?

    A: When you select a coupon package, you determine the frequency that you would like to be able to change your offer. For example, the $9.99/mth 12 month offer includes one change per month. Don’t worry, you are never stuck, changes can be made at any time for $3 or you can add a different “change option” package to your account. For example, the weekly (4X/month) package can be added for only $5.

  4. What reports will I get and when?

    A: For Tweapsave initial launch period, you will receive a monthly report by email which will summarize the number of times your offer was selected, shared by Facebook, shared by Twitter or shared by email. The ability to retrieve your reports through your profile will be coming soon.

  5. If I launch a campaign in multiple cities, will I receive a report for each?

    Yes.

  6. How big is the coupon?

    The Print Image of the Coupon is 4464px wide by 1164px high (7.44" by 1.94" at 600dpi).
